Somewhere we belong. It is an interesting phrase, that holds a lot of truth. It is a powerful question for schools. Do we build or create schools where we belong? Do we give choice to where we belong? Do we treat everyone like we belong? David Simon writes about two americas, rich and poor, capitalism fails without a social compact, living a life of accountability to the bottom line.
